Where To Invade Next was on tonight. so impressive, but it made me quite sad. why do i feel so deeply for the US? i’m not American and i have no ties with the country at all, but i felt very sad watching this documentary. it’s a wonderful country with so much potential. why are things the way they are when they could be a million times better for literally every American? it baffles me. of course, the documentary paints a very gorgeous picture of Europe. there’s a lot we have to work on too. but there are a lot of things we do very well that for some reason Americans want nothing to do with. it’s strange. i feel bad and i hope the country makes a good decision tomorrow. i hope things can maybe change
